I find the staff and physicians at Vintage to always be incredibly professional and extremely attentive to my concerns. Sue has helped choose the best frames time and time again--always knowing exactly what I'm looking for. And I especially appreciated the way Dr. Velting worked with me after cataract surgery to find the perfect correction to smooth my transition to monovision. Their inventory is vast, the doctor's are friendly and well-trained and their covid protocol is better than any medical facility I've visited since March.

My child had her very first eye exam done at Vintage Optical. She had that common, initial fear of not knowing what to expect. The staff was WONDERFUL, and they made her feel so comfortable! I had very little wait time, if any. I’m just so pleased with the professionalism, care, and quality eye exam. Not to mention, they listened to her and interacted with her in a way that made her feel at ease with no fear!

The doctor and technician were amazing. They were patient, explained everything that was going on, and very friendly. However the woman that was helping me with frames was incredibly pushy and disrespectful. I told her what I was and wasn’t interested in and she kept trying to force what she thought looked good. We ended up purchasing the frames elsewhere. On top of that, they accidentally canceled my mother’s appointment at some point and it has been pushed back over a month due to the employee’s error. Some of the workers are amazing but that one person ruined the experience and upset both my mother and I.
