They help battered women and children. They help so much!! They go above and beyond to extend a helping hand. They will help you find resources for work, housing and even food. They go above and beyond all expectations you could ever have! Their staff is so helpful, friendly and informative! I love Jerusalem!! So kind, big heart really! They will help you get back on your feet and help you to find the right counselor that best can help you heal from abuse.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I had came in sat in the lobby for 10 mins no one at the receptionist desk. The room next door was a full on conversation about how this females care was used somewhere in South America when she was in Massachusetts and got her money refunded back plus the Olive Garden that she had too. Finally a guy came out asked if I had a appointment and walked back into the room before I could ask him him a question. I waiting 5 mins to see if someone will come out again. No. So I just walked out when I noticed I had the appointment later in the day. When I came back there was someone at the receptionist but she was having a conversation with a co worker didn’t greet me when I came in once I sat down she asked me if I had a appointment. Very unprofessional experience.
