I got a quick estimate on the phone for specific cedar wood shake and not any other type of roof due to HOA requirement. The estimated person told me 16,400 on the phone. Its a safe number and stated that it can be a little more or little less. but when Joe came out gave me an estimate of 47,066.10 wow! very misleading wasted my time off work for an estimate in person.

I really enjoyed the overall quality. No kinks in the panels or gutter rails. The material was always dry during rainfall and neatly placed out of our way. Awesome flashing! (No leaks) When skies cleared they finished the job in a professional and friendly matter. Thank You NVRE
