Very pleasant environment. Lots of product choices. Sales woman was cheerful and knowledgeable and eager to help. She offered her help before I asked. I appreciated her help as I wasn't sure exactly what I needed. She was very patient with me. All the Staff have always been helpful!

There you find the best quality Adventure Gear, Outdoor Apparel, Footwear and Sporting Goods. Prices are not cheap there though. It is also a home to Ace Hardware Department as well as a Gourmet Kitchen and Gifts Department.

My wife an I were asked to put a mask on or leave in a nice way. I was there to pick up another pair of Merrill shoes, and a Yeti cooler for the boat. I guess that they want to police the store so I'll save money an shop on line. Don't ever say Help do your part shop local. David

We really appreciate Tri-State. Huge variety of all sorts of stuff. Really appreciate their recent enforement of mask wearing requirements. Don't go there if you don't mask up. We do and we will be back.... often.

This particular Tri-State has unparalleled customer service I go in there and every single time they help me find what I'm looking for without problems. The store has a really good selection especially regarding camping or anything outdoors. The building is clean, well lit, and organized. The other shoppers seem to be kind and it isn't too crowded in the building. The management is superb - they do a really good job with their employees and their organization. As I stated before all the employees are quick to help you and they don't seem to have a drop of arrogance. Parking outside is usually not a problem. The only con is the ludicrous mark-up they instill on all of their products. I usually come here before an item or two regarding outdoor activities or camping, however because of the price I don't load my cart here. Most of their goods are high quality and usually have warranties when applicable. I also believe that they have some kind of customer rewards program if you're into that sort of thing.
