I would give 5 stars, however, as I was shopping, I was repeatedly assured that I could bring things back if I needed to. After driving 50 minutes, each way, I was told that they had \just started a no return policy due to Covid a couple of hours ago\. Nothing on the website and the items being returned had been in the bag the entire time! I understand why they are doing this. I believe that it should be clearly stated I n the website so I could save myself the trip!

Petco is about the only place in our area for a good selection of dog food and supplies. They stock better quality than budget stores. We have never had bad service here.

Very clean, always has what we need for all our pets. Staff is friendly. The staff that works in different areas are very knowledgeable about products, best for our needs. They give you options and don't force only high price items!

This store is always friendly and clean and the people were very helpful I easily found what I needed today. I always love coming into the store this is where I usually take my service dog to get his nails trimmed

My kids and I took our new German shepherd puppy Odin in today to pick up a few things. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. They treated our puppy as if he was one of their own. I will happily bring him back to help me shop! :)
