They are trying to clean up the hotel. It takes time after so long of renting rooms to anyone just to keep the bills paid. The room rates are low for the area and usually pretty clean. Location is also perfect for basketball games or to be outside of the traffic of football games.

This place would be nice if it wasn't so run down. The rooms all have an awful smell to them, theres paint peeling off the walls, the toilet was clogged when we got there and worst of all, someone left us a gift in the bathroom of which I've added a picture of. Its sucks that affordable also means bad quality nowadays.

The only reason I left more than one star is because the price is cheap. However the heat and cold air work of a fan that circulate the same air in your room and it's not fresh from the outside. I woke up with headaches and had to open the door for fresh air as soon as I woke up everyday. The towels smelled like paint as if they were used to clean up a spill or washed with construction spilled kits. The wifi sucked and when I asked about it they told me it was one router for the entire complex.

Not going to be negative.. Only going to say they where nice in refunding us our money for the nite we chose to go to a Best Western to stay.. The guy did come and switch the remote for us when we where there..
