Big Tex - cheap & built poorly Motion Trailer Worx - no service to speak of (really they haven’t called or emailed me back) Bought a trailer paid cash they sent me home with NO lube in the axles. Well when I got home I read that they will “not be held responsible for dry axles” on the sales order. I greased them up as soon as I got home because I read that and found that there was no grease in the axles and all four wheel bearings are grinding / loose already. So if you buy a trailer here they want you to jack it up in the parking lot and grease the axles. I think. They don’t have time for that. The jack was mounted way way too low and the handle hit the frame so you can’t use it but mechanic just walked away from me when I pointed it out. Figured I’ll fix it. Machine fell through the trailer the first time we used it, the boards in the back weren’t cut long enough (and not one of them cut straight or the same length.. looks like it was built with scrap wood) 70% of the screws in the boards trailer missed the metal completely and weren’t doing anything. Had to install self tappers to secure the boards before I could use my brand new trailer. Then the axle hit the fender and sent a tire up In smoke (loose u bolts, axle moves side to side) Anyhow, wouldn’t recommend buying a Big Tex... junk. Bought a brand new trailer and and 6 hours of work making the decking and fenders secure enough to actually use it. Had to weld the tie down rails back on the welds were so poor and have no penetration they broke the first time we put a chain binder on them. And all four bearings are SHOT. I tried to give MOTION TRAILER WORX an opportunity to make it right but literally have heard nothing back from anyone. Kinda like the mechanic walking away. when I point out the first thing I saw wrong. Superior Trailer is a dealership that has treated me 100x better if you really want a trailer I would check them out. And I didn’t have any issues off the lot with any PJ Trailers.

If you want a Big Tex Trailer this is the place to go. Top notch sales and service. Excellent customer service and product knowledge. I purchased my Big Tex Trailer from these guys about six months ago. Few issues, nothing big. But when I did have issues these guys took care of it right away. Excellent customer service over the phone. Excellent face-to-face customer service. Excellent product service.

My trailer broke down on 95 on the way to Florida. Called and spoke with Nick, was able to get the trailer to them before they closed, they helped me get a motorcycle into the back of my truck, took the trailer in and ordered a new axle for it.. they were in contact with me start to finish.. They repaired the trailer good as new.. went above and beyond to make me happy and communication was on point.. I can’t thank them enough! Would definitely recommend anyone to do business with these people.. customer service was outstanding..
