Moto Machines provided excellent customer service, quick shipping and a great price. Called them on the phone to get help with the fitment on my Moto Guzzi V85tt. Quickly provided me the information I needed to configure the rack and top case I wanted. Ordered the Hepco & Becker system on a Monday and it was processed and shipped on Tuesday and received on Thursday. Came well packed and in perfect shape. The installation instruction were very clear and easy to follow. Took about 30 minutes to install. The Easyrack is the only system I could find that looks good with both the tope case on or off the bike. Most other systems the rack is not flat with pins or bolts sticking up. The Easy rack folds perfectly flat or can be flipped up to hold cargo in addition to accepting the top case. The Journey case has plenty of room with two nice internal straps to hold items securely in the case. The case itself is held very solidly in place by the rack system. The locks to close the case lid and to locate it on the rack work well and are well made. This Hepco & Becker top case and rack is a well made quality system that should give years of service. It also looks great and matches the V85TT saddle bags very well.

Great customer service from Moto Machines. Instructions and pictures from Hepco & Becker were horrible though! Also, the M6x35 bolts for the rear taillight adaptor plate were too short to get a bite on the threads in the tail assembly. Had to go to Lowe’s to get a little longer M6x40 bolts. Otherwise, a nice system! I have a 2018 Triumph Street Triple 765.
