Wow, the owner acts like a child if you have any questions about his stuff. I would not recommend this place at all. Owner is a joke real class act.his name is David. Oh and for all you RC people. The owner also tries and lies to everyone saying that he is the only shop open and ALL warehouses are closed which is not true. Definitely not a trustworthy place or owner.
I dont know who runs the offer-up department but they obviously arent customer service oriented. I am new to this and trying to make a purchase for a friend but they made me feel unwelcomed.
Worst experience in a RC store ever. Went there to buy parts and a new short corse for a friend and was disappointed on the poor customer service and overall attitude. The place is a joke and the owner is a clown. Don’t buy here
