Staff are super chill and friendly. I had basic maintenance done and had a pet peeve about how they did something (even though it was probably fine for most), I called them back and they invited me right back and were SUPER nice about it, the mechanic came out and made sure it was perfect for me. As an autistic new rider, I could not hope for a better shop!

I bought my motorcycle from this place. Good place to buy a bike I’m very happy with it. Customer service is amazing. However I will never take my bike back to their service shop. They made a repair on my motorcycle and had to take the plastic off of the right side. Almost 2 weeks later I get my bike back which is fine because we had to wait on a park. I get it out on the highway and the plastics almost fly off the right side of my bike The guy at the counter mentioned they had a hard time fighting with the plastics. But they broke some of the clips and did not even put it back together properly. when I hit 55 mph on the highway everything almost flew off. Definitely not happy with their service side

I would have to say that my salesman Josh was the best. He made sure he got me in the right fit for my budget with the nest miles. They even took my trade with a good trade value. I was super pleased to work with him and to start my new journey with my 2nd bike. Hope to see him soon when I make my big switch to Harley.
