Tony is always very professional, honest and thorough about explaining repairs and diagnostics about my car. I proudly support this local business and appreciate the way they support their neighbor local businesses, as well. You feel like you are apart of the “family” and I will be happy to have car car serviced here over a dealership any day. I never feel under minded or upsold. They give it to you straight on what is an absolute must and what needs to be taken into consideration for the future. As a female I feel confident that I have always received honest and good service. I’ve never felt like I’ve had the wool pulled over my eyes or that I have been taken advantage of. I highly recommend the crew and appreciate Andrew always being nice about turning off my tire light when it pops on. No need to read any more reviews. You found your new mechanic. :)

This place is great! Very professional customer service. Everything was explained to me in detail about the work that was being done on my car. I have been looking for an honest and trustworthy Auto repair shop and this one is it. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.
I talked to Tony. He made time to listen to my diagnosis and then did his own when I dropped off the car. In the end, it was only a battery but he took the time to do a thorough investigation. The guy is very knowledgeable about BMWs. They are exactly what you want from an independent shop. They will give you insight into options beyond the dealer and manufacturer recommendations. Highly recommend them.
Motorcars is great! We have used them for our BMWs and Hondas for the past six years. They are honest and straightforward, and I look forward to working with them again!
