***Motorcycles of Dulles *** I have been shopping around for a Indian Chieftain Dark Horse for 6 months. I was hours to pulling the trigger on a deal at another location in the state. Just on a whim at the last minute I decided to give Motorcycles of Dulles a call to see if they might be able to get me a better deal. I was 99% sure when making the call to them I wouldn’t be driving 2 hours to go see them. That changed extremely fast when the owner personally took my call. He asked me for some basic information on the deal I was looking for and to give him 10 minutes. I agreed thinking this was going to be a no go situation. To my surprise not only did he meet the deal I was looking for he and his team exceeded my expectations. So 10 minutes later I was on my way to make a deal with this awesome team. When I arrived they did exactly what was discussed over the phone and together we executed the deal with this phenomenal customer service company. I Highly recommend anyone in the market for a new motorcycle, parts or service on their motorcycle to give this fine establishment an opportunity to earn your business. You will not be dissatisfied. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. One other thing I would like to add is you can truly see and feel the positive culture that has been cultivated in this company. Also a special thank you to Laura Rymes for dedicating all your time assisting me with the changes and over coming some of the challenges my deal required.

As a new motorcycle rider looking to buy my first bike, I did a lot of research before deciding on which dealership to do business with. After my purchase at MOD this weekend, I can confirm that the experience truly lives up to all the positive reviews online. Noreen guided me through the entire process over the phone and via email and answered all my questions about the bike I wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and made the process a breeze. She helped me get all my paperwork and insurance ready before I ever visited which made everything on the day of go smoothly. She also referred me to her colleague Yvonne, who was kind enough to measure and fit me for a helmet and talk me through my options even though she was juggling several other customers on a busy day. Lastly, Laura was a pleasure to work with on all the paperwork and she really took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I had a great experience at MOD and look forward to doing business with them in the future!

I stopped into MOD about 2 years ago to strictly demo ride a sportbike. No desire or ability to purchase and I was won over. On top of the facility being clean, organized, appealing and modern - they also made you feel welcomed without being pressured. Fast forward to 2021 and I made a point to buy my first adventure bike from John and his team. They worked with me to ensure that I not only got the bike that I wanted, but that I got it at a price that couldn’t be beat. Regardless of what brand you prefer or what style of bike you ride - or perhaps you don’t ride at all - you should stop into Motorcycles of Dulles. They will completely change your opinion and perspective of what a “dealership” is, and you will realize that the staff knows their products, but more than that.... they know how to make people feel comfortable. They will always have my business; and hopefully they will have many others.

Fabulous buying experience with MOD. As a Brit working in the US for a couple of years I wanted a reliable, trustworthy dealer to provide my motorcycle. They did not disappoint. From initially finding the bike online to riding it out of the shop, the experience was flawless. Kit did a great job helping me out and answering all my questions, while the back office ensured there were no issues with title and registration. As for the bike, it is in pristine condition, even better than I had hoped and exceptional value. I'll definitely be back and can't recommend MOD highly enough.
