Recently moved to town and needed a new deer processor. Heard about Mound City Butcher Block through my realtor at Clinch Realty.... Since I trust him for my land purchases, I figured I could trust his recommendation on local butchers. They didn't know it when I arrived with my buck, but having used Nadlers Meats in Wellington, MO for the last 26yrs, I was going to be hard to impress. I dropped off my deer on the 4th, they called me on the 7th to pick up. Wow - great first impression - however, I still wasn't ready to write a review until I tried all the products I purchased. Having now done so, I give them a solid 5 stars. The speed of service and price point are going to be hard to beat anywhere else. The snack sticks are spicy like I asked, the summer sausage is mild, and the burger is extra fatty like I ordered (my preference). Overall, I am satisfied and have likely found my new deer processing spot for the rest of my days.

Over priced and real nasty took a big buck in and got maybe half of a small cooler of meat back wasn’t the only one there that was surprised of how high the prices was I’ll let the coyotes eat the meat before I take it there there’s other locker plants around good luck... Ps if you like it maybe you have not ever had good venison
