Had an okay experience with my small dog there. I thought that the pricing was competitive with what I've seen in the market. I would feel safe sending him there again even though he didn't have a great experience. He has pretty bad separation anxiety so he never \loves\ to be boarded and I try to avoid it whenever possible. Few key points in my experience: - pricing was kind of confusing. It was hard at times to tell precisely what was/wasn't included in the package I selected - got conflicting reports of his experience there. One staff member said he seemed afraid but never nippy but I got a report saying that he was. I've never seen him nip at anyone before so this was highly concerning (for the staff moreso than for my dog to be clear) and I don't feel confident I know what the situation was. - they made a great judgement call in moving him to the more chill \older dogs\ side of the kennel. He calmed down a lot there. I was very pleased that they considered doing this for him. - I liked that I could send some personal objects with him and they were all returned in good condition
They always take such good care of my Mer-man. 50 stars! No, 100 stars!
Very clean. Felt safe leaving my dog there. He was happy and in good condition when I picked him up.
