I purchased my skis (Liberty V87 Alpine) here last year and could not be more pleased with the service I received. The staff was knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. They even had a promotion going to mount/adjust bindings at a great price. I’d highly recommend purchasing winter equipment from them.

One stop shop for skiing needs! Love the service here and the cost of season rentals are very reasonable. I would suggest go early Oct/Nov to get better equipment. You will be able to find street parking within 5 to 10 min.
About two weeks ago, a sales person by the name of Anthony spent a great deal of time helping me narrow down my options for a new snowboarding jacket. He was very patient with me while I was asking many questions to determine which jacket I would consider purchasing. I came back today, and unfortunately Anthony was not there. However, another salesperson (Hailey), took the time to answer more questions I had with each brand of jacket I had in mind. She was able to guide me in the right direction taking into consideration my budget, features I wanted, and the fit I needed. Hailey was pleasant and patient as well. I will definitely be returning in the near future
The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They assist without being condescending. Wonderful atmosphere compared to Ski Barn. Highly recommend shopping here.
Called for a \Pool Opening\ back in March, 2020. The cost is 303.88. They came May 18 to open the pool and the mess that was left to us to clean up, which totaled 4 days was atrocious!!!!! When they removed the cover all the leaves and debris went into the pool!!! They never checked the filtration system because they claim the water was too low! The ladder was never put into place and was told \put it anywhere you want\. I don't believe that chemicals were even put into the pool. When contacting Westwood Pools and Spa with many pictures taken on that specific day and how displeased I was, I received an email that they are short handed and are working from home, but the matter would be looked into. Well, guess what???? No response at all......I told them I would not be paying the remainder of 151.94 for the damages that were done! Will still no response from this company....I find out on June 18 the remaining total was placed on my credit card. I have since them contacted them via email wanting a refund, but as of today, July 22, 2020 I have not heard from them at all. Poor customer service, no response on the damages done and I do not recommend Westwood Pools and Spa!
