ABYSMAL CARE. Twice during a 24 hour period I had a reaction to medication I was given on the observation floor. I advised my RN - she or he called the PA and no response whatsoever the first time and the second time it took 52 minutes for a response, and that was a PA sauntering in my room as if she was on the way shopping with no care in the world. With the care that you DO NOT receive on 10 Linsky - the observation floor - you are best to go anywhere but to this facility. The observation floor should be closed and all those who work on it fired as to not muddy any of the other floors at this facility. The PA was Yohannes Selam.
