Thank you to Mountain Alarm for addressing my concerns. My problem has been solved. I called Mountain Alarm to ask a question about viewing my account and activity online. I have multiple accounts for multiple properties. I can view one online, but not the other. The person who helped me was pleasant and answered my questions. She couldn't, however, help me add another property to my online account and agreed to ask someone to help and call me back. I did not hear back from anyone at Mountain Alarm and it's been over 24 hours now.

I needed a part for my built in vacuum system. They took time to see if they had the part at their shop. They did not. They took detailed pictures of my broken part and then placed the order. They were very attentive, friendly and professional. This was a small part but they treated me as if I were their most profitable and important customer.
I signed up for Kenco several years ago and quite honestly got off to a rough start due to some new equipment which did not pan out. It required a number of trips to my house, which was frustrating. They eventually changed out all my equipment and things worked fine until this past week. I had a glitch which kept me from setting my system remotely. I called in and was treated exceptionally well and professionally by Armando Delgado. He was patient, tried to walk me through a few things, then scheduled service for the next day. He reviewed my call history and upon realizing the problems I had in the past, made some adjustments and was very accomodating. The next day, my serviceman came out. I was actually late in arriving home and he patiently waited. As I apologized, he was quite professional and kind. He got my system back up and running without problems. As I said, my start was rocky some years ago, but with some changes, I have been quite pleased and would recommend their service. I would especially like to commend the two individuals who I dealt with, Armando and my service man.
REVIEW UPDATE 11/30: Kristy with Kenco called me to clear up issues. Password on account they called about was different than the other accounts we have with them. I did not realize this. Kristy was extremely friendly, explained to me their policies, and cleared up any issues I had. She also listened to my concerns and recommendations. Thanks for the quick response and friendly customer service. Alarms work fine but the call center people are not helpful at all. They call you when an alarm is going of and ask for a verbal password. If they can’t understand you or think you’ve given the wrong password the just hang up on you. Call local office and they are no help either. Very frustrating. I spent more time on the phone calling and trying to figure out what was going on rather than using that time to respond to alarm at the property. We have multiple properties with this company and it’s an issue almost every time.
I sold my house and moved. I disconnected on Nov. 20th of 2020, yet Kenco continued to deduct payments for 3 months. After 2 calls and a promise that the billing would stop and a refund would be issued, the billing was stopped but no refund was issued back to my back. Ater 40 years of service, I expected a better response.
always prompt to call us. yesterday called the 800 service center to get message. rang and rang never answered si called the 406 number that had called us gal answering said alarm must have cleared itself. Husband then called and it had not cleared. Needed to have furnace repaired. Person on phone worked in Billings but when asked if bad weather or snow in Red Lodge, answered, I dont know i am in Billings.

I inquired about installing home security. I had an appointment this morning for someone to come out and give me some pricing. Nobody ever came. I called the local number and they said someone would be there within a half hour from the call, and still nobody showed. I hadn’t heard very good things about the company anyways, but I thought I would see for myself. It was a mistake to consider Kenco. I’ve since perused home security through a different company and am very content with the outcome
