I'm still struggling. Missing my therapist. She's the biggest blessing I have ever received during such a storm I was enduring. This is to say the very least....the office..the staff. The endless amount of resources...more than 5 stars.

The staff and or volunteers working there are unprofessional, rude and not very friendly. My experience from the start was poor. First they didn't submit my referral to see the doctor in the first place. Second when I asked to reschedule due to a family emergency I was scolded and threatened like a 3 year old child! I am sorry but no speaks to me in that manner. I am an adult. I am not a number. I am a human. I am not some \crazy\ person off the street. I am a woman who simply needs someone to talk to. Instead, I was driven out by the staff before I had a chance to even speak with the doctor. I was driven out of my COMMUNITY counseling center before I stepped foot in that place! All because of the so called friendly staff and volunteers?! Seriously? Ok cool. I took my services and instance elsewhere, to Redlands! I have to travel 38 mins instead of 5 mins. Honestly, the doctors in Redlands are way better, so in a way they did me a favor. Its a HUGE shame that a good therapy doctor and a good therapy dog have to go to waste because their staff run everyone out! In the end we all lose! Not the way I run my mental health ship!
