I must have called 4-5 places in search of a Hearthstone Green Mountain 40 before (luckily) calling Mountain Hearth & Patio. All the other businesses I called either did not get back to me or made the process unnecessarily complicated and long. Working with Randy at Mountain Hearth & Patio was an absolute breeze. Working with Mountain Hearth & Patio was a great experience. We had started down the path of purchasing a fireplace online and hiring an independent installer and it was quickly becoming a nightmare. Then I spoke to Jake at MH&H and knew I had to cancel my order and hire them. Not only did he direct us to a superb product, but his entire team was great to work with. From Bambi’s communication, coordination and follow-through to Nick’s professional project and team management. The install - which included demolition of the old fireplace, building a new enclosure and hearth, mounting our mantle and installing/setting up the new fireplace - was done diligently, flawlessly and on-budget. Don’t hesitate to hire them.

Outstanding sales and service. We bought a Harman 52I pellet stove from them a few years ago as a secondary heat source for our mountain home, and it’s become our primary source. Recently it needed service for uneven burning and to replace a seal. Camran and Adam came out today, analyzed the issues, preformed a complete service and function-checked the unit before they left. Super tidy, knowledgeable, and professional, and the stove is working optimally again. Mountain Hearth & Patio gets two thumbs way up! Thanks!
