WECRD will get us there eventually, we often forget that to invest in something of this magnitude takes time and commitment. There's nothing greater than the heart of a volunteer. One day at a time will get us what we want then we can all say \WTH\ this is nice!

This is a local recreation and taxing district. In recent years (2015 - 2017) there has been a lot of controversy over almost every dollar spent and every decision the board has made. More public communication, as far as future plans, would help the taxing district move forward to provide for the needs of the community.
