They were in and out pretty quickly. They showed up at the early part of the time they allotted me, and were freaking fantastic! I am happy that they fixed my Haier refrigerator same visit! I think I found my appliance people for life. If i could give them 10 stars, I would!

Beyond professional and quite personable as well. Ronald diagnosed the issue then repaired my microwave quickly. I would in a heartbeat have them back to repair other appliances. The price was definitely reasonable!
This company is awesome. I was having problem with my oven at home. I called them and they did a very good service. They came by really fast and their price was very reasonable. They were also friendly. I highly recommend their service to anybody who needs help with their appliances at home.
Washer repair was done flawlessly. Plus honest and trustworthy! I have never been more pleased.
Beware that these guys are having 3rd party contractors working for them and is not a direct business. For the first appointment all went well and I asked to pay 75 (20 dollars extra) for their weekend diagnostic service. Tech arrived 2 hours late and said that exact estimate will be given by Monday when they call back after making sure they have the parts needed. Got a call on Monday with estimate being anywhere between 300 to 500 based on what has to be replaced once she gets to work !!! Honestly this is not an estimate for me even after the diagnosis was done on weekend. However I didn't go to repair that time because my fridge started working after defrosting, but told her that I will wait and see for another week or two and paid 75 with the word that the money that I paid will be good for repair work if I call them again before 90 days. Now after 2 weeks fridge went bad again and called the tech 2-3 times and left several messages but no response for another 24 hrs even after calling the main office. Called again the main office to get an answer that they can not help me except waiting for the tech to respond back!!! Didnt hear any apologies from them! However I went ahead and got it repaired with some one else. Finally after 32 hours (just yesterday late evening) tech called and I am now waiting for her response on my dishwasher issue that we discussed. Very ridiculous business and felt like I lost my 75 dollars. Will update the results soon!
