As a retired anesthetist, I have worked in outpatient surgical facilities. I found Mountain View staff to be friendly, competent and helpful. Pre and post op communications were great. I am looking forward to my second procedure. Would recommend to anyone .

Communicating with the staff has been horrible experience(except the RNs, been very easy). The staff leave generic voicemail so when you call back your not sure who who to speak with, they're auto voice gives you 9 options to choose from and your still at a loss.. I have a procedure tomorrow morning and I'm already not feeling good about this place.
