Horrific experience! Owner is abnormal and needs to learn to control his anger.
Great choice of movies to buy and rent, but the owner of the store fool people by selling a Blu-ray that is copied from a streaming platform.
I know this owner from past, he is an unprofessional rude guy. Better go online or pay an extra dollar to rent at another place. He needs some behavioral lessons, on how to talk with Customers or other people. Number of negative reviews below already say it ! Probably he is on search of some paid reviews to up his rating :)
very nice store, lot of collection
Extremely un-professional, horrible at customer service. The people working here have no idea how to talk and interact with customers. This shop is 99% of the time empty with no foot traffic. On top of it, the 'owner' is rude to the one person who comes in the door. Its these type of ill-mannered, rude and obnoxious people that give every other hard working Indian a bad name in society. They con everybody and think everyone out there is waiting to con them in return. Please do not go here and rent movies as they will find ways to fine you and take extra money from your pocket. Stay away from this business and the horrible people working within it.
