Moving forward assist me and my family with my relocation.. they were late on the moving day by two hours Romeo came. There himself and was nice and gave us a discount.. the movers were like super fast did my 1500 sq home in 5 hours.. i got dedelivered the nextday which my house was not ready.. only 1 guy from the previous day.. they put everything together..

DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!!! This company lied to get out business from the very beginning. They showed up in a semi-truck after we paid extra to have our own private truck. They charged us 1000 on top of the quote after they started packing our things. I overheard the movers complaining throughout the day about being tired, our items being heavy, etc. When the truck was completely loaded, one of the packers demanded another 200 for payment!! Several of our biggest items were severely damaged, including our dining room table, master room mattress (torn) and a large armchair. The experience was awful. Please do no use this company!!!!!

***ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!lets begin with how everything was such a breeze and delightful when it was time to solicit service but once the two lazy movers got to my home,changed the quote Romeo gave me,loaded a few items onto the truck then claimed hey would be back the next day to pick up the rest because the truck was too small!Here we are a week later and no one has come to pick up my items after they received half of the money!!everyday they call with an excuse as to why they cant come and want me to work around their schedule.I am risking writing this because my furniture is still in their possession but this is by far the worst moving company I've ever dealt with!Not to mention the rep who was such a pleasant dealing with,we spoke over the course of 2 months,suddenly had no idea who i was when i called to complain!WHAT A FLIPPING JOKE,STAY AWAYYYY....UPDATED..3/12/15 Just wanted to update my review i'm not sure if the company tried to get back at me for not revising my review as requested but my furniture arrived ruined!!sofa couch leg was broken all bedroom furniture was damaged as if deliberately picked up and slammed to the ground!!after having a huge argument with the rep Nathan who cursed me out because I did not want to pay the balance until the job was finished because of my previous experience, he threatened to charge me a re delivery fee if his drivers left and had to come back.After every thing was unloaded and we started to unpack ,all my furniture was destroyed.Mover only apologized and said that it was the fault of another crew and they did not unload my furniture and my only option was to file a claim,which i'm in the process of doing now.MOVING FORWARD HAS SET ME BACKWARDS!!WORST COMPANY EVER
They are a bunch of scammers and stealers, if I could rate a -0 I would. These ungrateful people have no soul for your belongings or your situation. Just break it and steal the most valuable stuff. These would be the last people on earth you shall even waste your evaluated time and day.

The guys came on the appointed date I was schedule . the office is ok sales were encouraging of their service .which was satisfyin. I mean they ran late at the delivery .. their movers ... not doctors . you cant expect much..
