I apologize for waiting this long to write a review for Refit and his crew. We gutted a 100 year old home in downtown Versailles, KY last winter-spring. After having 4 or 5 HVAC companies give us ideas and bids on our 5400 sq. Ft. project, I chose to work with Refit because of his obvious experience and willingness to troubleshoot our project as we had to work around old and new framing along with 3 stories of living space--as well as a set budget. I will also comment that as a mother of 6, and official General Contractor of the construction of our home, I was -always- treated with the utmost respect as a builder and customer. At the end of the day, we ended up 14 seer Train systems (as well as all custom duct work) on the 1st and 2nd floors and two Mitsubishi \mini splits\ to service 1800 sq. ft. of attic space. We have lived through both the depths of summer and now, the depths of our first winter, and the house is cooled and heated wonderfully! Every text message and call is instantly responded to and as far as the other 20 plus contractors we dealt with in building the house, Refit and his crew were among the absolute best! I would (and already have) recommended them to anyone for any size project! Thank you Mr. HVAC!
Great job at a good price. I have used them in the past as well. My experience with Mr. HVAC has been very good.
Ted came out to our house because our upstairs AC went out the previous night. He fixed the issue quickly and then made sure the other unit for the downstairs was not clogged like the other unit. Then he checked the outside fans and even cleaned them with the water hose to help with energy efficiency. I highly recommend Mr. HVAC for all your HVAC issues!
