After ordering my new custom puppy hood, I was very happy with the speed at which it arrived to my door. Upon trying on the hood I found that the snout was crooked. I contacted Mr. S Customer Service and they told me that they would make me a new one free of charge. After a few weeks I got my new snout and it fits perfectly. A big thank you to John for the awesome service and to Brian for the cute note in the package.

I am truly impressed at the service I received from both Spear and Ariel. My transaction isn’t even complete, yet they already deserve 5 stars. As other reviewers have said, the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to demo anything. Happy to let you try on anything while you’re standing there. It’s refreshing to be able to openly discuss their business without worrying what people might think, because everyone in the store is there for the same kinky reasons.

From top to bottom they have all your needs from leather geared to lubes and lubrication and if you have any questions about anything or how anything works or you just mean something that tickles a fancy not only will they have the answer but I'm sure a customer or 2 wouldn't mind chaming in ;)
