Matt is amazing! Smart, honest and will not try to " find a problem" that doesn't exist like local dealerships do and have done to us. Woman owned business is a plus!! Our family finally found what we have not been able to find in auto repair, people who know what they are doing. Our Honda and Toyota's are happy cars!!

Let me start by telling you something about my car. 2 years ago I moved from a house where I was able to do my own oil change to Winston where I could no longer do it by myself. Around that time my car started acting funny shaking in the engine. I went to the cheapest place to get an oil change. That was a huge mistake. Matt here explain to me how the cheapest oil changes used the cheap oil's. I came to this place and after the oil change that they did. My car no longer rumbles in the engine. It is been running smoother than it ever has before and it has 304 thousand miles on it. I would highly recommend getting any work done on your car here.
I had the absolute WORST experience with Mr. Transmission Milex of Winston-Salem! Please please look into ALL other options before seeking services here. New ownership and old, both the same. These guys are sneaky. They will tell you “oh yeah we got you, we will tow you car and fix it”. Meanwhile they are charging you and ultimately ripping you off without you even knowing. We had our transmission rebuilt not once but twice and still had to PAY the second time with our warranty. Now not even 7 months later we are having the same transmission issues as before. We decide since they couldn’t get the job done that we’d try another company to see if we could fix the same transmission . They would NOT let us take our vehicle with out paying the tow bill that they insisted on towing the car in the first place, at their expense. They have had our car for 4 days and finally called to say they won’t know how to fix it unless they opened it up, exactly how much it would cost (1600-3500). Do yourself a favor and try somewhere else.
I was very surprised to find out there's was nothing wrong with my car. I turst them there. I'm going back soon to get my car's oil change and inspection done. I recommend them highly!
These guys are great, they took me in after the crooks down the street shut their doors and left me without a car. You can trust this shop and be glad you did. Thanks for getting me back on the road. I will bring my car back for all my repairs.

If I hadn't moved out of town I would still be coming to this place for all my car repair needs. The staff is very thorough in explaining what needs to be done, have always been very friendly and personable to me, and they do not try to milk their customers for money by suggesting services that aren't entirely necessary like some places do. They've even tried to make things easier for me by suggesting more affordable alternatives -- I was not making a lot of money at the time -- and by recommending future courses of action for my car, but without being pushy about it (unless it's something that could affect the safety of myself and my car). Once I went in for what I thought was an oil leak (my car knowledge is very little) -- turned out it wasn't an oil leak after all, that I just didn't know what I was doing, haha. But they offered to top off my oil for free anyway and didn't charge me for the time they took to check out my car. I've had nothing but good experiences at this place and I would absolutely recommend them to others.
