These reviews are FAKE! Those people clearly didn’t drive down to Riverdale to buy cars off of 85! These people have no regard or compassion. Pay to repair their lemons while paying their weekly notes or get repoed REGARDLESS of your payment history. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT
They were absolutely amazing. They seen the frustration in me and helped me tremendously. I love my car and their customer service was amazing. I highly recommend if you are shopping for a used car definitely go see them. They have nice cars and everyone rides no matter what.
I brought a leaky Lexus for 10000 cash and I tried to give them a chance to buy from them again and when I drove off the wheel started turning on its own their cars are not worth what they want for them. They told me that I did something wrong with my driving. Now I am out of 15k and no car and I brought the Lexus when the city shutdown from Corona and it didn't last 9 months. She allow me to drive off in an unsafe car with my small children. The car recked itself and she said it was my fault. Then they tried to sale me a car with a salvage title and I feel like they were racially profiling me because they sent the black man out both times. When I asked to speak to the manager he was advised to point out the car with the steering column problem and she said that I did it when the car recked itself. Thank the Lord because I was headed to Alabama for Christmas to see my mother in law who was on her dying bed and I get SSI and the lord blessed me so I needed a car so that I can to get back into the workplace. Ps on the test drive they controlled where I could drive and how so I couldn't really test the car out properly.
