NO STARS for this horrible company. Do Not Use them!! They don't deliver units on the day promised and if you are tax exempt they refuse to honor it. Their customer services is horrible as well.

I got a porta potty delivered to my home on Thursday July 2nd for the 4th of July which is on a Saturday. When I made my reservation I was told that it would be picked up on Monday July 6th. Here it is the 15th of July and this thing is still at my home. I have called 6 times total (I have screenshots in my phone for proof, Incase they insist I didn’t call) to find out when they are coming. Three times out of the 6 times I called, a nice woman answers the phone and says they aren’t in right now and she takes my number and says someone will call me. Never got a call of course. I called today and was advised that they will be by today to pick it up and they never showed. It’s been several times that I have been inconvenience and parked both of my vehicles on the road so they will have access to pick up and never showed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR PORTA POTTY RENTALS AT ALL. I rent porta potty’s every year for our barbecue on the 4th and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Condition of unit wasn’t the greatest, I asked if there was sanitizer inside when I placed the order and it was empty, I had to call a couple times to make sure they were going to deliver on the day they said, and a porta potty is still at the end of my driveway between my house and my neighbors window. I refuse to cal them again. If the unit isn’t picked up by tomorrow JULY 16th, they will be short a porta potty because I will have my connection with the City of Syracuse help my dispose it. Very disappointed mainly because I am a manager in customer service, if you say you are going to do something or call someone, you need to stick to your word. Guess it’s a good thing you got my “Cash” up front.
You need equipment for your construction site, porta potties for your event or worksite, or anything else, call them first. They’ve got it all and at better prices.
