Very unprofessional sales and associates. The sales staff met with me for apparel print work and they didn’t follow up - and they made commitments and promises to give pricing and products that we said we wanted to get printed. The sales staff never followed up and when I had to call back numerous times to follow up- the pricing was different as were the products. After more following up - the sales staff continued to send products we never asked to get printed - and it wasted a lot of time and money. A very unprofessional experience overall.

I wanted my companies logo on hats and shirts for my catering company. I met with Ryan Watson, told her exactly what I was looking for. She walked me through the details and kept me informed throughout the entire process. When my apparel arrived, I was absolutely in love with it. MSP delivered on everything she said they would. I’m a customer for life now.
If you need a product with your company name in it, they got it!! Ask for Austin, he's great to work with!!
MSP has great prices and ridiculously fast turnaround. The whole team is fantastic and extremely accommodating. Quality materials...just great products and great people working there!
Received an email stating my order was ready for pick up. I drove 45 minutes to the store and it was not there. Extremely disappointed, unprofessional, completely ridiculous.
