Such great service! I called this morning to let them know I ran out of oil over the weekend and they were here in less than 30 minutes!! I couldn’t believe what fast service and the guy made sure he asked if I needed help starting it up. Thanks to all of you at Mount Airy Oil

They have yet to come out to my house but so far they have been extremely helpful. Hurricane Florence is about to come through so things are a little slow but it is pretty obvious why. So far everyone has been very friendly towards me, but I can tell they are as busy as can be. I would highly recommend them, as would my father-in-law and my mother-in-law. They can get busy, but I understand that they are only human and can only do so much. I just hate that some people complain about having to wait for service as if they are the only one's that need to be serviced. I have yet to be disappointed with them. Edit: have had them for a while and still impressed. 5 stars.

Called in 5 days ago, to get an installation, went by there this morning, & still no one to come out & install a product I am buying from them. They will even told me that they are putting others ahead of us. All I can say is good luck getting them to come out & do any work for you.
