I was looking for a new crew cab pickup in November of 2020. I have purchased several vehicles from Scenic Ford over the years so I drove through the lot. I saw one I liked, got out looked at it. I stood at or near the vehicle for about 10 minutes before the salesman came out. I asked for bottom line out the door price. We went inside. He looked at his computer and told me the price which from my research was a little high. I didnt have time to say anything. Instead, he said he had an appointment to go to. As he headed toward the door he handed me his business card and said to call if I had any questions. He left!! I could not believe it! The next day I went to Winston and bought a 67k truck. Things sure have changed at Scenic Ford.

Jeff Wall was an amazing salesman, we never got a sales pitch, I would recommend him to anyone. Even though we drove 2 hours to this dealership, I would not hesitate to make the trip again to buy another vehicle from Jeff. After the test drive, we noticed a scratch on the outside and noticed the seatbelts were dirty. We told Jeff and he had his crew buff out the scratch and clean the seatbelts while we went through the process. Everything was great. Highly recommended! Thank You Jeff!
The service department needs better personality. They are a little pushy. They want to sale what they want you to have.
Awesome car buying experience. The staff was so low pressure, I was able to take my time and figure out exactly what I wanted AND was able to afford. I test drove five trucks before finally, I got the F150 of my dreams. Thanks Scenic Ford!
