On Saturday Aug 12, While briefly in Mt Airy I saw the store and thought I would go in and look around. As i walked in the front door I mmediately started hearing someone yelling. The yells continued and i looked at the women at the register. She kindly said we close in 2 minutes. The yelling was from a manager or some RUDE DISRESPECTFUL worker in another area of the store. I will never go back. I am glad to spend my time and money elsewhere. As I turned to leave she came toward the front of the store and if looks could kill, well...... Beware,!

I purchased a weber grill from S.S. I didn't notice that it didn't have the igniter button. I went back up there the next day with my receipt and told her that it didn't have the igniter button and she said to me \How do I know it doesn't have one.\ I tried to explain that all I needed was the button not the whole igniter. And again she asked me \How do I know it doesn't have one.\ Then she asked me \Do you have it with you?\ At this time I had enough and said Yes, I take it every where with me. Then she said she would have to talk to the manager. At the mean time I was going to buy a cover for it ,so I asked another employee where the covers are. And her reply was over there. So the young lady came back and said her manager said that I would have to order one from weber. So, at this time I was done. I walked out and called to speak to the manager and told her my experience with her employees. See apologize and told me she would order me one. It's been a week now and still know button. I purchased the grill it was 560.00. Thats the last time. I will never be back. I have worked retail for 23 years and I would never ever treat anyone like that !
Great place for all Equestrian and garden needs. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good variety of feed, bedding, treats and barn feeding bins for horses and other farm animals and dogs and cats. Great for chickens and ducks including newly hatch varieties in the spring. Great selection of vegetables seeds, onions sets and sweet and a variety of potatoes
Amazing workers, very helpful and kind, my mom and I were getting baby chicks for the first time and a sweet employee named Rachel helped us out, she was fantastic! She answered every question we had, gave us tips and advice and helped us find the best prices on items.
Cheapest place to get propane tanks refilled that I have found within 30 miles. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
