Like so many other reviewers.... WOW. You do not see this type of service anywhere. They were fast to answer the phone, and had Schedule 20 PVC pipe--- that neither Lowes or Home Depot carried. They were able to answer all my questions. When I got there they gave me personal service. Took me to the isle where the product was. Reminded me to get a couple things I did not think of and then helped me carry it out to the car. I will be looking there for all my future purchases--before looking to Home Depot. They deserve their 5-star reviews.

Wow where do I start! I really don't want to expose this rare gem of a business, but my experience was great, I have to share. So I had a major plumbing leak under my sink, and my father and I had been working on it all day. We had gone to the big box stores, and also local plumbing store for the parts, and when we asked the employees at the big box stores they didn't know what we were talking about or what parts we needed. The local plumbing store, were nasty, rude sending us to other stores. Needless to say we got the parts, went back home and they didn't fit. Due to Covid-19 the big box stores along with other stores closed early. So here I am with an unfinished plumbing unable to use disposal, sink, dishwasher. I looked up plumbing store on Google and The Plumbery store popped up with great reviews. Me being skeptical, and thinking they would be no help I called them, after hours. To my surprise I got a nice young lady I believe her name was Michelle. She advised the store was closed and she was sorry. She told me to hold on and she would call a worker to meet me at the store to help me get my plumbing parts!!!! I was a bit away but hurried over there with my father, with my broken parts in hand. I got there and knocked on the door and sure enough a very nice gentleman answered the door looked at my broken parts and said I know what you need. Moments later he had all the parts in hand and showed my father and I how to properly install it. Very friendly the entire time. Looking at the store it's an old fashioned plumbing store with all the hard to find parts, and the gentleman who was there was definitely a plumber who knew what he was talking about. I wanted to buy more stuff to show my appreciation,but they have now earned a life long customer for all my plumbing needs, and anything else they do. If I could give them 10 stars I would! My project went smoothly and had it finished in 45 mins when i got back home, and all the parts fit like a glove!
