Mike is a great teacher and a great guy. I've been doing weekly zoom sessions with him since April or May. I happen to be pretty casual about Tai Chi and use it mostly to keep limbs moving smoothly and use the muscles that help with balance, so this comment is for the older, mellower crowd. Mike makes every minute of our sessions relevant to me and understandable by me. I enjoy our sessions very much and recommend him highly. At the same time, every now and then he kicks the dummy and I can tell that he is probably a serious fighter, too.

Its so great to have a Martial Arts School with such an amazing Kung Fu Lineage right here in North Jersey. I run a business, so being able to take private lessons is a plus. The school is close to Howard Blvd Rt 80 exit, and the facilities and training equipment they carry was more than what I expected. Great place and fun , knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
Michael is a knowledgeable, patient, and humble Tai chi instructor. He brings his humor and intelligence to every class.
A genuinely great school that challenges you as far as you want to be challenged. Instructors are great and create a sense of community and family amongst the students. I studied Tae Kwon Do and Capoeira in the past, and now learning Kung Fu is adding a complete new element to my training and perspective. Highly highly recommend Ancient Fighting Arts!
Great kids class. My son has been there almost a year and I can see the difference in his confidence and self control. I definitely recommend to anyone adults or kids.
