I am Connie Leyva, owner of Leyva's Towing, Inc. I am very disappointed of MT Tax Service. I just found out that they have not been working on my bookkeeping account since the start of this year, but they have been charging me 125 per month. Isn't that called \stealing\? Also, today is 7/8/19 and they have not completed my 2018 Bookkeeping when I have been requesting that too many times now. Furthermore, they have everybody at that office working on my account so they can charge many hours of labor. When this happens, they surprise me with a huge ADDITIONAL invoice (besides the monthly fee). They never had my profit and loss statement/balance sheet, etc. ready (and still don't). In fact, they are still closing my 2018 bookkeeping as of today. IRS is looking into this situation and I'm currently going through it with them. That said, best of luck to any new clients if after reading this bad experience you still want to take the risk of losing thousands of dollars like I did!
