First time pool buyers and couldn't be more happy with sun and fun. Tom at the pool store was patient and answered all are questions. Very clean and we'll organized store. They also have two full size pools on display to compare. It's a pleasure to deal with family owned and operated business.

We are THRILLED with our new pool and with the amazing service we received from Sun and Fun Pools. They were so helpful, responsive, polite, professional and totally transparently honest throughout the entire process and beyond. There were no surprises as far as cost, the process involved in putting in the pool or the timeline to make it all happen. I have recommended them personally to several friends already and have never been so happy to write a review to help point even strangers in the direction of Sun and Fun Pools. We talked to several contractors before making the decision to go with Sun and Fun. It took only one meeting with Lisa at their office for us to decide to go with them. They are so professional and it’s so clear that they know what they are doing. They have experience and that’s worth so much. Kristen was amazing too with all of the questions I asked during the installation. The pool store manager was so kind and patient. We were so nervous about getting all of the chemicals in correctly and he made us feel at ease and way less terrified about messing up. We met with Jed and Ben too and they were also fantastic. We are beyond satisfied! Our expectations were exceeded. Their concrete contractor and fence people are amazing too. Honestly, look no further. Call them, get on the list, go to their office and you will see what I mean. Thanks to the entire team for a job well done.

We were recently on vacation when we received a call from our house sitters explaining they had inadvertently drained our hot tub. After trying unsuccessfully to solve the problem over FaceTime I called Sun and Fun (in a panic) 10 minutes before closing time to explain the situation and see if they could send someone out. Of coarse it was too late in the day and their service calls were booked for several days. Erica then transferred me to a kind, helpful gentleman in the pool store who wasn’t able to solve the problem over the phone either. Five minutes after hanging up I received a message that Kevin , who was done working for the day, was headed to my home. I can not thank you enough!!! Not only were we able to enjoy the rest of our vacation but our house guest were able to relax and enjoy themselves!! Thank you so very much for going above and beyond! Erica and Kevin you truly saved the day!
