I loved the idea of this subscription service which is why I signed up with a 3 month frequency. After my first delivery, summer heat came in and after 1 month of my AC running daily I realized I was going to need to get my next delivery right away! I logged into my account and with 1 click I submitted a new set while still keeping my 3 month frequency for future orders! So easy!

Had a small problem with my filter being lost in transit, so I called the customer support line and BLAKE KOCH HIMSELF was on the other end of the call. He informed me they don't experience many problems, but he likes to handle them personally if one arises. New filter was on it's way that same day, lickadey split. Our AC units run year-round, so keeping the filter clean is a priority. I used to hope I would remember to buy a replacement, and sometimes I would buy the replacement and forget to install it on schedule. No more!
