As someone who likes a hard massage Wendy is top notch. I had injured my left shoulder 2 years ago, and my lower back 2 months ago. Neither injury currently bother me. Didn't mention any of this. Wendy was able to pinpoint exactly where my injuries were, without even looking for anything. Has me thinking they're not quite as healed as I thought, but still I am blown away impressed. I'll be back.

I made an appointment at short notice and they were able to accommodate me, I had severely strained my muscle and ligaments on my right calf and was in a lot of pain and was noticeably limping. After just one session with Wendy I was so much better, it was amazing. I look forward to my next visit and I would highly recommend Wellness Reflexology to everyone, they know what they are doing.
I am a massage therapist. This is one of the few places I go for massage for myself. Excellent work. Wendy is very knowledgeable and skilled. Foot reflexology and full body work are top notch.
