Great experience. Front desk staff we professional and friendly. Made me feel very good after not knowing what to expect. Dr. Carlson is fantastic. Spent the time to explain everything I didn't feel rushed during the appointment. Highly recommend.

Finally got in to see Dr. Was prescribed ear drops. Dr asked if I had good health insurance, which I thought I did. Script was 115 with insurance. I didn't get the script. Called and left voice mail and sent emails asking for a different script. Never heard back. While at the appointment, they kept telling me they had a new computer system. My records from that visit are still not on the website. So I can't even look it up my own. Will not be going back. On a side note, Front Desk was nice but the medical assistant had NO personality and even told me I was never there before. HA. This place is a joke.

Nice place. But I got lost getting there because of the address. So I was late two mins and they was trying to reschedule me. And after I check in I was rush and told if I didn't hurry up filling out the forns I would have to reschedule.... After I already checked in. Smh

The Doctors are nice and knowledgeable but the front office staff are extremely unhelpful and rude. (I dealt with Karen). I'd recommend going somewhere else that is easier to deal with.
