So thrilled to be back at Coco!!! I missed it!! Had dinner with my husband here yesterday... missed this place sooo much! It's my home away from home...Best Gluten free pizza in Buffalo-- and i am picky! I love the staff here. The hostess is so much fun, always gets me laughing and remembers my gluten free needs. All the staff are friendly and fun. It's stressful for everyone trying to figure out this social distance thing - we could tell they had reduced the number of tables and reservations were limited- but we felt safe and well taken care of. We will be back!!!

I took my daughter for the day & we had a great time. It's mostly catered for young kids but my mini had an awesome time. They also serve food & have plenty of parking. I like that in each area they have an abundance of life guards. Anyway for 27 online cant beat it.
When i went there it was amazing it has the best food 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars beds amazing food amazing and water greatly amazing.
I'm very disappointed with my recent stay at Coco Key. I've stayed at this hotel before, but seems that the quality of service has declined over the years. Stayed for a total of 4 nights, and no fresh towels or toilet paper were sent after several request to reception. Shower was clogged, and Neighbors were extremely rowdy. Screaming and yelling until 4 am in the morning. Some guest have no respect with noise level. Upon arriving sheets were dirty which they did change, that was the only positive thing throughout this experience, besides that. I will not be staying at coco keys or referring friends to your hotel. COCO-Key. Please do better.
