Pleasant shopping experience. Purchased some pokemon printed fabric and some tailors chalk. Mary at the cutting table helpfully explained the fabric purchasing and selection process. She held a cheerful and easy going, yet professional attitude throughout our conversation. Strangely, I felt like there was just a general no-rush, respectful atmosphere in the store. Customers and employees alike were kind, and aware of their surroundings in general (maintaining social distance, keeping sure not to block aisles for others). It's a nice respite from the hustle of general stores or grocery stores where it's very get-in-get-out nowadays.

The store is spacious, clean and organized. Thier sales are good, especially on the fine art canvases and bakeware. Joann's has a deep inventory of items in its departments. The staff are friendly and courteous.

Joann Fabrics is always a great place to shop. They have everything you need for whatever project you're working on or would like to start. Great prices a d amazing clearances and coupons. Why 3 stars? Customer service is everything to me and the employees in this store are lacking big time. I'll just keep driving to the Joann's in Cherry Hill and Mt. Laurel these 2 are the best locations.
