Hey, My Wife and I purchased a few items from Johnson’s fitness in Mount Laurel New Jersey and just wanted to share our latest experience. We’ve been trying to get a replacement part from the service center it’s been well over six months and we know it’s Covid just trying to get a brake pad. The issue here is when we first reached out and they promised they would get the item for us never we never heard back, just crickets. So in pursuing this we realize that the item was lost they never communicated with us and let me tell you this is an Intercal part of the bicycle you can really can’t use it without it! Anyway not to rant but pretty upset during Covid and you know I need my bike to work properly so I don’t injure myself and all of you cyclist understand exactly what I mean. (Still have no part) BEWARE! Take care.

I placed an order for a Nordictrack treadmill in October and was told it would take 12 weeks or so to get delivered. I've called several times for updates on the order status starting before Thanksgiving. I was super excited after paying nearly 4,000 for a high end treadmill. The after sales support is truly sad. I was told something different from the same associate every single time i called and a new associate told me something in complete contradiction to the other information. the HQ tells me that they have little information to share b/c they don't get much details from the manufacturer of the equipment that they sell. How is it possible to not know anything? Isn't a basic part of a business relationship communication? It appears that i may not even get it before the end of the year. This is very very sad.

Every piece of equipment in my home gym came from Johnson Fitness. I was there 12/18/19 to buy a rack. The salesman was talking with another customer who made it very clear he was't buying anything. This employee was following him around the store trying to convince this guy to buy a stationary bike. Meanwhile I'm standing at the counter waiting to actually make a purchase and I got no help. In fact, this dude never even looked in my direction. After 10 mins of being totally ignored, I left. There is nothing more annoying than poor customer service. I will getting my rack this weekend with a trip to Gym Source. Lin
