These guys saved the day for me. A gas station air compressor malfunctioned in the cold and I limped over to Tire Discounters on 11 psi. They checked and filled my tires for free on the spot. They didn't charge me or ask if I was a regular customer. Kept me from being late to an important meeting. The guy behind the counter (mgr?) was friendly and happy to help. Thanks! 2/18/2021 4:30 PM

Being my vehicle and needing new sets of tires at least once a year I am very aware of this issue. My vehicle requires 10 ply E load rating tires which have a maximum pressure rating of 80 lb. My vehicle also says the rear tire should have 80 lbs. If you fill a tire to the maximum working pressure when you drive on the tires the heat causes the pressure to increase and I have had many of my rear tires wear out prematurely in the center of the tire as if they are overinflated. While I understand they want to follow the vehicles recommended tire pressure this is a common-sense issue that a tire installer should know about and maybe give some professional advice on under inflating the tire. Maybe there is a lack of this because when my tires wear out you know I will need to buy new ones. When my tires have lasted the longest it has been from other tire shops and they recommended not filling them more than 65 lb. Maybe you should look into this.

I had four tires and an alignment completed in 2 hours on a Saturday without an appointment! However now my vehicle pulls to the left and steering wheel is not centered, front tires were under-inflated and rear tires are overinflated. This is the second set of tires in which they did not Center my steering wheel during the alignment . This may be because I'm a business owner on a fleet plan and get a discount. All vehicles need to be test driven and test driven by a competent person before giving them back to the customer. I'm not sure if there was an alignment done or if it was done by an individual trained to do so. My time is very valuable and I will not be going back to get these issues corrected. I will be adjust tire pressure myself and deal with the steering till my next tire purchase.

They were all wonderful getting us in close to closing. They checked everything throughout and discovered a couple things that need repaired. Definitely will be back.
