If I could give a ZERO I would...the owner is rude and likes to go in circles about parts being ordered and set down the phone on the counter and refused to respond. They've had my system for a week and a half (needing a new fan) and I called for status and I was told parts have not arrived and could take over a MONTH to arrive! IT WAS NEVER EXPLAINED AT TIME THEY TOOK 235 to repair it up front when the system was dropped off. When I said I just wanted my system back and they can return the ordered parts so no one was out any money I was told no.I will not EVER do business with this establishment. For someone who has been in business for 13 years and to not be able to give an estimate of how long something can take to fix when I can order the fan on Amazon and have it to my home in 2 days is ridiculous! **Finally got my ps4 back back and now my system won't accept any games or movies. That was working just fine when I took it in!

I walked in and asked if there was a keystroke for a specific problem for my Macbook. The problem is it won't go off caps lock and all the numbers are keying as the symbols the key also represents. The owner told me there is a keystroke but I should call Mac because he would not tell me what it is for free. Wow.

Had multiple problems with this business and owner. Charged me 100 to check out and not fix my PS4. But did have some Nintendo Gameboy things in stock that I purchased. One of my cartridges never worked from the time I bought it and he told me he would exchange it but did not have one to exchange for me over a two month period. It's my fault for coming here twice. Don't be scammed like me. Spend your dollars at some other local business. People are ripped off here every day.

A little while back I went to ask if they an electronics issue I was having, guy asks me to leave it & he'll see what he can do. Came back when he said to & he told me there was nothing he could do for me because it was cheap & fried it's self. I was very disappointed but decided to look around at their games & movies. Most of the games, even unpopular & not rare ones, were notably overpriced. There was a posted deal for movies, buy 2 get one half off if I remember correctly, so I looked through them & actually found 3 movies I wanted. Did realize until I got home that he charged me full sticker price for all of them. I didn't want to bother over a couple bucks, so I just moved to watch the movie... One is so scratched it skips front he 2nd scene to the 5th & freezes completely on the 7th scene. I'm pretty sure this guy isn't to be trusted.
