Krapohl Ford/Lincoln is the Ford store in Mt. Pleasant and the only Ford dealer for at least 20 miles. They are a complete or full dealership offering mechanical, as well as body and paint repairs. As mentioned above, they also carry the full Lincoln line too. The service and prices are in line with other dealerships with minimal competition, which is to say they are on the high side. Quality of service is generally good to excellent in my experience.

I recently took my escape in for an oil change. I was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated on my lunch. Very friendly efficient service.

This Ford service center was great. I am from out of town and my Lincoln broke down and they helped me get my car fixed quick and they did a good job fixing it as well. I’m sure they were really to busy but knew I was in a bind and they helped me for that I would like to say thanks again. I would strongly recommend this Ford dealership.

I've been going to Krapohl for years and I definitely favor their customer service and fast paced but knowledgeable workers. Last time I was in I didn't have time to wait for a tire rotation so they signed my receipt and said I could come back at a better time.
