Alexa was fabulous to work with! I first visited the shop right before covid hit and she had several dresses pulled out based on my preferences. We narrowed it down, but I was unable to come back for my next appointment. Fast forward several months and she still remembered my style. She had so many beautiful dresses already waiting for me and I left that day with my perfect dress! I highly recommend setting up an appointment with Alexa to find your wedding dress!

If you've set a modest budget (600-1000) for your dress and you are looking for a wonderful shopping experience, I would highly recommend Bridal Boutique of Mt. Pleasant. Alexa was so sweet and patient in my search for the perfect wedding dress. There were so many great options within my budget that I was having a very difficult time choosing between dresses. She was so kind and thoughtful to ask questions to help me decide. So excited to have found one I love so much! Thanks Alexa.
I can not say enough good things about this salon. Alexa is so knowledgeable, pleasant, and relaxing to work with. I loved the size of the shop and that because it is by appointment only you pretty much get a one-on-one, whole store to yourself experience. Their selection is surprisingly big for such a small boutique and the gowns are stunning. I fell in love with a dress that Alexa picked out, that fit my body perfectly, and my jaw dropped (in the best way) when I found out the price. The price points at Alexa’s salon just can’t be beaten anywhere else in town. I plan on recommending this place to all my friends and future brides-to-be from now on. Thanks so much Alexa!
My dress-shopping experience here was perfect and so much fun! Normally I don’t like too much help from store associates while shopping, so it made me a bit nervous knowing my mom and I would be the only ones in the store, but Alexa was so calming and not sales-y at all – so I felt completely at ease! She was very knowledgeable about the dresses, and provided good general guidance about what could be altered and what couldn’t. I am only sad that dress shopping is over! I’ll definitely be recommending this store to other brides.
I planned my wedding in a few short months and knew I couldn’t wait for long for a dress to arrive. The Bridal Boutique was PERFECT for my needs, and I just can’t say enough about how easy Alexa was to work with. I had always envisioned wedding dress shopping to be stressful and dramatic. Alexa made the process simple, fun, and I got EXACTLY what I was looking for at a price that was so much more reasonable than I ever imagined. I genuinely felt like Alexa listened to me and was never pressured. I got to take home my dress right after finding it and was ready for my wedding with plenty of time to spare. Thank you, Alexa!
I normally do not write reviews, however, I am so happy with my experience here that it has to be shared. I am a very indecisive person. I like most things or I hate most things, there is no in between. When we met Alexa, we were on our 3/4 bridal dress appointment. I am from Charleston, but live in TN, so we were a little tight on time. I found a dress that I was in love with and it easily became my top two, along with one at David's Bridal. This was on Saturday and I was flying home on Monday. By Monday, I still was not able to narrow it down. I flew back to TN and the next weekend, I went back to David's Bridal in town and tried on the other dress I liked. I wasn't ready to buy, but felt like my window at Mount Pleasant Bridal had closed since I was now out of town. I bought the David's Bridal dress, went home, and thought about nothing else for the next 24 hours. I emailed Alexa and asked if she was able to work with me and process the payment although I was not physically there. She set up a time to call me, gave me all of the information about the dress, asked me preferences, gave me advice, and not once sounded frustrated or overwhelmed. I honestly gave her quite the task, and she pulled it off graciously. I was very impressed by her and how she never once made me feel pressured or overwhelmed. She wanted me to be happy and I did not feel the same about the other stores. I feel a lot better about my decision and know that Alexa will make sure that my dress and I are taken care of. This boutique is very affordable and had the best dresses of four places that we checked out. Even if you are on the fence, go visit Alexa and I promise you will not be disappointed.
Even though I didn’t say yes to the dress here, I can’t say enough great things about this shop/Alexa. My experience here was far better than the designer boutique shops! Alexa is so friendly and calming (which is important when you’re a stressed bride!), and she really listens to you regarding what you’re looking for. She pulled every dress that fit the description of what I wanted, but also pulled a couple of wildcards that I could try to make sure I was confident in the style I was after. She wasn’t pushy at ALL, and actually encouraged me to choose the dress of my dreams whether that meant I would purchase from her or not. She is a super hard working & gifted small business owner, and I will definitely be encouraging friends to check her out when it’s their time!
My bestfriend is getting married and this was our first stop. Alexa was professional and ABSOLUTELY amazing. She was so easy to work with and patient! My bestie said YES to the dress!
