Michael and Aimee were both very helpful, they answered all my questions and we were able to get in our storage unit quickly.
They are super nice, called me right back storage is Grate!!! Only complaint would be I stopped paying bills by check 10years ago all my other bills are auto drafted from my credit card. This is only bill I have now hope I remember to pay it. I hope they get a credit card machine. I would happy pay for service fee to not have to deal with this one bill. But other then that wonderful place...
Very nice storage area. Had to use for 8 months due to a fire in my restauraunt and Michael met me on a weekend so I could start moving right away. His sweet Mom even came out and unlocked the door for us so we could get in that day. The location is clean and well lit. Never worried about someone breaking in because they have security cameras and staff is around the area alot making rounds. He even gave me a couple extra days to get my stuff out because I was having troubling finding help moving. Definitely a nice place and I would reccomend to anyone.
Top rate storage people! I was forced to get a storage unit 2006 in an urgent situation. I got a 10x20 unit and have held on to it for 14 years now. I am the pain in the butt unit holder that is 3 states away and has to call in a different payment every month. But the sweetest accent greets me with a smile despite me calling in at the very last moment at all hours of the day interrupting the poor mans day. Tim has got the twang with a smile everytime. He is always sweet and treats me like im an old friend. I look forward to actually returning to the storage and meeting him face to face someday. He has given me the greatest customer service and a comfortable feeling that my stuff is secure with them. They offer moving as well as storage. I would highly recommend using their services!!!
