Qlready have my bike, but went in to check out the retail. All the staff were super friendly and offered to fit me and share some info on the bike which was very helpful. Wish they carried more apparel and accessories and kept more stock for what they have, but overall great experience. Would definitely pop back in when I was in town to check out the apparel again.

Our new Peloton bike is coming this weekend and it was suggested we stop in our local showroom to get our settings and learn more about it before it comes. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this showroom! The minute we walked in, we were pleasantly greeted by at least 4 people! The girl that worked with us was extremely informative and patient with our lack of knowledge and my million questions lol Before leaving, we were introduced to more about the community that comes with Peloton, not just online, but in our own city. Highly recommend checking them out and thank you again for such a great experience for my husband and I!
We have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about this location specifically. We originally went in because we did not know there a was local location and we had already ordered our bike online. On first encounter Lauren was amazing and showed me around the app and gave some pointers on setting up the bike all of this even though she knew I already ordered online and was expecting my bike to be delivered the next day. When my bike delivery was cancelled the day before I checked back in the with local store, who I did not order the bike with, and they instantly went to getting me some answers. They didn’t have to help at all in my mind and they did and were wonderful about it. Jenn then took over most of the communication until our bike was finally delivered. I greatly regret not ordering the bike from the local store because that were all nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend going into the store because then you have a local contact as opposed to the national number who was little help. We will encourage any and all of our friends to call the local store to order because they did more than I would ever expected and are genuinely great people! Without them we would have canceled our order.
Jenn is absolutely super wonderful to work with and goes out of her way to make sure customers expectations are met. Friendly staff, awesome location.
I was having some crazy issues with my online purchase of a Bike, and stumbled upon Jenn Dackor at the Mount Pleasant Peloton store thanks to some dumb luck and asking Siri to call Peloton. (Gotta ️ Siri!) Jenn did everything in her power to help me resolve all my issues even though I didn’t even buy the bike from her store specifically. She gave me confidence that even though a company can go big it still could have employees who believed in the little things and maintained good customer service and a friendly attitude. If you are considering buying a Peloton bike or tread, I highly recommend you visit Mount Pleasant Peloton!
Jenn and the team here are amazing.I was unsure wether to buy directly online or not.I'm so pleased I purchased from the store as we had some issues with the equipment but having the support locally was priceless.

Jennifer was very polite, but it was frustrating I ordered a pelaton bike and treadmill back in July I was told it would take around 10 weeks but if I called the logistics number it could possibly speed up delivery well that’s not even close my items showed up on October 21st and I had to follow up on the delivery myself . When the delivery team showed up my girlfriend was at the house and they didn’t balance the treadmill so it was extremely wobbly . My girlfriend saw a big indention on the tread and the delivery team said oh that’s normal it will work itself out when you use it ? Well we used it this morning and it’s awful ! It makes a horrible noise and rubs against the machine causing friction and very uncomfortable to run on. I sent a video to my sales rep and she said that she has never seen this before and she couldn’t help me that o would need to call corporate . I wasn’t happy about that I felt like my sales rep should have gotten involved and facilitated this I mean I spent over 7000! And waited almost 3 months ! Well I called pelaton (corporate ) and sat on hold for what seemed forever . Then a very nice man from pelaton got on the phone and asked me to respond to his email and he wanted a very specific video on the damage . So I completed that at 9.30 Am this morning and still haven’t heard from pelaton . So sum it up 3 months 7000! Bad info , bad set up , call corporate , still no return call and a unit we can’t use because it’s uncomfortable when you run on it and awful noisy !!!! And prepaid for it from day one !!! Was so excited to finally get it and now it’s all a big pain !
