Highly recommend Century Tile. My former review for this location was 2 stars due to a poor customer experience. The company quickly responded to my initial review, and the store manager, Dave, called me the next day in order listen to my story, and to make things right. My mother and I returned to the store and we had an excellent experience. The staff were all incredibly helpful. Dave assisted us, and was able to help us try to match existing tile for a project. He, along with the staff were excellent in being able to point out 2 tiles which closely matched, as well as alternatives which we could use if we wanted to implement a design. Highly recommend!

We wanted to shop some tiles and slates for our fireplace remodel project. And then, we found this place from google. Luckily we met Daniella who is the in house interior designer there. She is really acknowledgeable about contemporary design styles. We exchanged ideas and locked down the type of tiles and slates we preferred quickly. It made the whole shopping experience much efficiency and delight. The normal sales know about the spec. of products of course. But, a in house designer can give you really constructive advices which is Menards and Home depot can't offer you. In the end, we spent around 1000 for this shopping happily.
I just completed yet another project in my house. House projects are very stressful. My mind though was at ease, when it came to the moment of choosing tiles and grout and making sure everything matches perfectly. My mind was at ease because Daniella (designer) is there at Century Tile. She is very knowledgeable and has a unique and out of the box sense of style. She listens to your ideas and elevate them to a new level. She gave me many options to choose from and I could take samples home to see if I like it. I strongly recommend this place. Thank you Century Tile, especially Daniella.
